California's Central Coast Seafood Dinner

Join Executive Chef Jason Paluska and the culinary team as they transform The Lark into a celebration of everything we love about the Central Coast. The evening will feature a live fish deboning demonstration by Chef Jason, alongside local fisherman Travis Meyer, who will be on hand to educate guests on the ikejime method of fishing.
Look forward to rod-and-reel–caught fish, pristine oysters from Grassy Bar Oyster Company, and ingredients so fresh they practically taste like the ocean air. Black Market Spirits has crafted pours that don’t just accompany the menu, they elevate it.
A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
