David Wilson, Zaca Coffee’s Director of Coffee, will lead the group through the roasting process, tasting, and finally each participant will have the opportunity to blend their own 12 oz bag. Participants will learn the basics of sourcing green beans, blending techniques, roasting profiles, tasting coffee, and finally creating their own blends.
A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
