Olive Oil Risotto with Farmer's Market Salad Cooking Class

Join us for the art of risotto with il fustino. We will make risotto with olive oil and seasonal veggies. This savory Italian dish will be accompanied by a hearty farmers market salad. The evening will end with an olive oil cake.
A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
