Celebrating Channel Islands seafood and ranch specialties expertly paired with wines from Sta. Rita Hills.

Join Chef-Owner Jaime Riesco of Gala Restaurant, Channel Islands uni diver Trent Patterson, and SAMsARA winemaker Matt Brady for an unforgettable evening celebrating the bounty of California’s Central Coast. Chef Riesco will begin the experience with a tableside preparation of fresh ceviche, while Trent Patterson shares stories from the cold Pacific waters and the art of diving for the ocean’s prized delicacies.

The evening continues with a five-course dinner highlighting Channel Islands seafood, locally sourced ranch meats, and seasonal produce, thoughtfully paired with SAMsARA wines from Sta. Rita Hills. Throughout the evening, winemaker Matt Brady will share insights into the vineyards, vintages, and inspiration behind the wines, creating a memorable gathering of ocean, land, and vine.

A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
