Guests gather around an open grill with renowned owner/chef/winemaker Frank Ostini and chef Jesus Montano to learn the art of Santa Maria-style BBQ — fire management, wood selection, timing cuts over red oak. Steak and other appetizers include a flight of Hitching Post acclaimed Pinot Noirs.
A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
