Pasture to Picnic is a curated, small-group culinary farm experience that connects you directly with the ranchers, farmers, and growers who shape this extraordinary region.
Begin at a working cattle ranch where you’ll learn about sustainable ranching practices and meet the animals up close. Enjoy hands-on interaction with friendly farm animals before heading to a seasonal u-pick stop to gather fresh produce straight from the fields. Along the way, savor thoughtfully curated tastings that celebrate local flavors — from artisan goods to estate-grown specialties — all while taking in the beauty of rolling ranchlands and vineyard-lined backroads.
The experience concludes with a beautiful on-farm picnic lunch featuring regional ingredients, served in a relaxed yet elegant setting. Linens, cutlery, baskets. Transportation between stops is included, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the landscape, the stories, and the flavors of Santa Ynez Valley. This is farm-to-table tour with picnic event as it was meant to be — authentic, intimate, and effortlessly curated.
